Training need identification:
• Conducting Competency based Training Need Analysis (TNA) and development of customized training content.
• Developing the content for training based on feedback received. Running the same with stake holders and getting concurrence for the same.
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

• Training need analysis - Identify the training needs, both technical and behavioral, of the SBUs by working closely with project managers and team leads and roll out the monthly training calendar.
• Assessments: Plan, upload, administer and execute online assessments to evaluate the skill levels of associates and retrieve performance records for further action.
• Vendor relationship management: Working with vendors in ensuring that the training requirements are closed in time, to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained. I manage the whole cycle from identification of the vendors to payment closures.
• Facility Management: Work closely with the IT and facility management teams and with vendors to ensure that logistics are in place for the smooth roll out and execution of training programs.
• Identify and build a pool of internal trainers within the SBUs to leverage experience and reduce cost
• Push corporate initiatives, such as Leadership Development and other certifications, across the SBUs
• Generate and maintain training records for documentation and auditing
