As a Counsellor, I am responsible for helping individuals who are internationally relocating. Our main role is to ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation. Also responsible for providing the client with advice and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation to migrate internationally and how to complete this process smoothly.

• Oversees all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
• Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
• Oversees the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
• Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
• Takes full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
• Performs other duties may be assigned from time to time such as reception duties.

The Bid Support Specialist (BSS) provides sales-related support to any business-approved opportunity in scope of the account. Such services would include but are not limited to bid facilitation, proposal development, document production, bid Solution Design & Delivery (SDD), and ICAP. • Once the machines are delivered to customer’s location, request for the machines to be installed and may also send a technician if necessary.
• Other functions includes such as pre-billing or manual invoicing, handles customer’s disputes and at times may also require adjustments on the billing if determined machines were not priced accurately.
• Also initiates the return process if the customer decides not to push thru with the purchasing of the machines due to damage to the machines/parts, loss of machines/parts and plain cancellation of orders.
