• Create reservation for long term guest/s, check-in & check-out in Opera and register the guest’s identification in Vicas.
• Issue permitted number/s of room and parking access cards and brief guest/s about replacement fee of lost card.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card and cheque payments. Issuing account statement and receipts.
• Booking hotel reservation for owners that listed their unit under Hotel Pool for availing their hotel complimentary nights.
• Showing around the available apartments for lease, facilities and outlets to potential long-term guest/s.
• Schedule appointment for both potential long-term guest/s and in-house guest to meet with the Sales and/or Events team.
• Assisting owners for obtaining Work Permit for apartment renovation or modification.
• Maintaining track of record of Residence owners and updating Sales, Collection Team, Revenue and Residence team for new owners from resold units.
• Train the team and implement the front office standard operating procedures and practices.
• Booking A la Carte services, limousine service, restaurant and hotel reservation.
• Monitor the work of the Concierge and ensure that the reception area is operated in a highly efficient manner to create a positive lasting impression on all our guests, visitors and walk-in clients in line with Emaar Hospitality standards.
• Provide ongoing support to the team to be fully aware of all promotions, room prices, activities and events in the hotel and surrounding area to give accurate information to guests.
• To build a good rapport with all residents, to resolve complaints quickly and maintain high quality customer service.
• To undertake back of house duties, including answering and receiving correspondence via email, monitoring of rebates, tracking the guest’s credit limit, Residence statistics, maintenance service requests and cases daily.
• Schedule appointment for visit and repair for faulty appliances from service provider.
• Ensuring all Residence guest receive their U by Emaar card and understands their discounts and benefits as a member.
