Prepare a list of Commissioning & Operational Spares and make sure of their availability during Commissioning activities.
Prepare Instrument On-Skid & Off-Skid lists.
Prepare Commissioning & Startup Procedure for Field Instruments & various Systems.
Prepare Commissioning Check List for all Instruments.
Verify the Punch items of each system and ensure items in category ‘A’ have been completed and make the system ready for commissioning or get the pending works done.
Monitor the IR & Continuity loop checks according to the Wiring & Loop diagrams.
Take part in the Commissioning Activities & keep an update on Work Progress.
Prepare and conduct the Pre-commissioning checks & tests and check the integration with other PLCs for the Emerson Process Management Distributed Control System and also the ESD/SIS.
Calibration & Functional test for various F&G instruments such as Flammable Gas Detectors, Toxic Gas Detectors & UV/IR detectors.
Calibration, Installation & troubleshooting Level, Flow, Pressure, Vibration, Analysers & Temperature transmitters.
F&G detector Calibration and functional test based on KOC standard have been doing. EMERSON (NET SAFETY).
Involved in PAGA, CCTV System for Preventive & Corrective Maintenance based on a schedule.
Assist to Operations for Startup Of Gas Compressor (LMF), De-Salter, Production Separator, and related to facility equipment.
Involved In Vibration Bentley Nevada system 3500, closely monitoring Rod drop, Rod Position, Accelerometer Horizontal & Vertical. And linearity checking of probe whenever required.
Inst. Air Compressor, Walnut Shell Filter, Balance Gas Compressor, Fire Pump Control System, PLC card checking and keeping backup.
Calibration of any Instruments preparing the certificate and Keeping Record.
Worked on DetTronics Eagle Quantum Premier Fire and Gas (H2S and HC) Detection System and releasing system.
Quality Assurance, performance testing and pattern approval of Flow Elements as per ISO requirements.
Familiar with P&ID, cable route diagram, wiring diagram and use of smart field communicator.

Collect and prepare Instrument IO lists from various Purchase Orders and Vendor Documents.
Monitor the Sub-Contractor activity on Site and ensure the assigned work has been completed and comply with the Engineering drawings.
Overview the Subcontractor Inspection Reports as per the ITP and add comments if the work does not comply with the K.O.C Standards & Specifications.
Prepare Punch lists for various systems and ensure the completion of pending works.
Packages & Skids along with the Local Control Panels conducted by the Vendor at site and help to prepare the final Punches.
Ensure that all the Instruments are calibrated and the records are kept intact for future documentation.
Review and mark-up the As-Built Engineering Drawings & Documents.
Prepare including all the necessary reports, ITP, Material Inspection Reports, and Calibration & Conformity Certificates.
Document the Mechanical Completion Reports of each system.
Calibration of any Instruments preparing the certificate and Keeping Record.
Keeping Proper communication with Technician for Issuing Cold, Hot Permit and Keeping good relations with Operations.
Conducting Tool Box meeting daily after signing On Permit as an Applicant.
As a Gas Test Approver, using Multi-Gas monitor at the site and checking the gas after that writing on a permit and keeping a record.
Always Communicating with Superiors in case of emergency and abnormalities.
As a Fire Warden, during drill or emergency time evacuating the people from the site and counting the heads based on the attendance sheet.
Was Using Gas flow meter, Thermal Mass flow meter FCI & FOX, Ultra Sonic Flow Meter GE Parametric.
