• Responsible for the entire SASOL PIPELINE NETWORK inside and outside the borders of South Africa. Ensuring an adherence to the agreed ATOP on gas distribution for both local and external customers.

o Established System Completion office for EGTL Project Turnover Phases. This office was fully responsible for managing all project walk downs, collating of raised punch items, review and follow-up to ensure that these punch items are fully addressed, development of dossiers from Mechanical Completion(MC), Ready for Commissioning(RFC), Ready for Start-up(RFSU) and Ready for Operations(RFO). The office was also responsible for issuing of dossiers with certificates for approval.
o Build a highly competent team to take a lead to support the project by identifying required resources and skills and formulate Turnover Group which consists of, Zenator Database Coordinator, Document Controllers, walkabout coordinators, and technical assistance for managing all walkabout schedules. Achieved nationalisation of my position within 18 months through effective knowledge skills transfer and proper establishment of turnover systems.

o Conducted PSSR and Turnover training to all SME’s for the project. Disciplines trained includes.

 All Engineering disciplines
 Heads of the departments
 Supervisors of all departments
 Operators and technicians for the entire project
 DPR-Escravos Reps (Department of Petroleum Resources) for Nigeria

o Drove and reviewed all turnover dossiers up to approval stage.
o Reviewed questions and collate all required information for Operational Readiness review for Commissioning Group. This was in line with my responsibility as System Completion and Support Manager to support Commissioning Manager.
