Current Responsibilities as a Lead Engineer - A380 Concessions Program Technical Support for Airbus UK in Airbus ODC (Wing and Pylon Design Center), Bangalore
•Leading a team of 15-20 Engineers (Designers)
•The project involves resolving concession raised during manufacturing of wing components.
•worked on Design Concessions (Manufacturing deviations) and creating design solution reports and related drawings pack creation in consultation with Customer SPCs and Airbus signatories.

Carryout Repairs, Removals, Modifications, on Airbus A-320/A-330/A-340 (Nacelles) and BOEING B-777Thrust Reversals pivot doors according to service bulletins, composite repairs on the Thrust Reversal pivot doors, C-Ducts implementing technical variance documents (TV’s).
Removing the damaged or cracked parts without damaging the previous structures (composites, aluminum).
Taking accurate measurements & dimensions and Drilling & Reinstalling the new parts.
Performing numerous amounts of minor and complex repairs on sheet metal structures.
Ability to set up and use all pneumatic huck guns, squeezing guns and standard rivet guns, shavers and drill motors, grinding tools etc.
Removing and replacing missing or damaged fasteners.
Riveting and De- Riveting.
Rivet Squeezing.
Counter sunking the holes on aluminum, composite, titanium.
Operating machines of bending, cutting, crimping for sheet metal.
Composite repairs carrying out on Engine intake cowls, Thrust Reversals C-Ducts, Pivot doors of Airbus A-330, A-340, and Boeing B-777 Aircrafts.
I used all types of mechanic hand tools and measuring instruments of micrometers, vernier calipers and digitals (electronically) to read the T.D.s (tolerance, depths) according to the paper work.
Corrosion removal and application of paint on aircraft parts. (Including paint removal sanding, blasting, stripper material, masking and preparation for painting on variety of textures).
Application of different types of Sealants, Dowcornings, RTV, EA. In different Structural and composite areas.
All tasks related to stores (commercial, bonded, quarantine, consumables) handled successfully.

Updating the stock on daily basis.
Stock inventory Every Three Months.
Aircraft parts receiving, and proper documentation.
Aircraft parts issuing to engineering department as per the part list preparation by the approval engineer, licensed engineer and shop supervisor.

All schedule tasks completing before EASA and GCCA AUDITS for renewal of company’s approval.
Perform receiving inspections on all incoming & outgoing aircraft materials & parts.
Ensure all aircraft material & parts that were recommended to be scrapped are properly destroyed to prevent re-use.
Daily Surveillance inspections of the paint stores, consumables stores for proper storage conditions and noting down the temperature conditions.
