I managed and implemented TMAN(Aircraft Turnaround Management System). Together with development team we
1. implemented an integration platform to be used for communicating systems in Turkish Airlines.
2. implemented Android mobile application for receiving flight data simultaneously.
3. Implemented configuration management for creating reference models in Turnaround process.
4. implemented Process Gantt Chart, Flight Gantt Chart, and other UI screens in Ext-JS UI framework.
5. adopted and managed the agile technologies; CI Tool Hudson, Git distributed versioning system, Maven, SOA. I have changed the working principles of projects according to these technologies.
- Implemented a REST based service client for Customer Information Module of Sony Europe. This client library handles;
1. Session management using REDIS,
2. Security using Spring security with public and private keys,
3. Logging using Logback and JDBC,
4. JSON based messaging using Jackson and Spring MVC.
This client library is reused by Sony US, Sony EU and Sony Asia after it is developed by me.
- Worked on a project called Octopus which uses Mule ESB for integrating product related information between the legacy and new systems run in Sony.
- \[09.2012 - * \] Working on COS Java Client project. COS is an internal framework of InformationsDesign (In Frankfurt). COS is designed to support any user interface, but currently it is only has web interface that is implemented by JQuery and JSON. Java Client is the Swing-based client for COS framework that will work with JSON messages.
- \[12.2011 - 09.2012\] Worked on myIDTravel project in Turkish Airlines. This is an integration project between TK reservation system and Lufthansa System's ZED ticket buying platform called myIDTravel. Used Spring, JAXB, XmlBeans, Axis2, WS-Security, WS-SecureConversation.
- \[04.2011 - 12.2011\] In Turkish Airlines worked on E-Performance project which is flight performance calculation application for Flight Performance department, Charter Planning department, Tariff Planning department. Only by inputting some information like arrival station, departure station, schedule time, aircraft types that can be used &etc. users are given statistical data about the possible flight; Maximum Takeoff-Weight, tire pressure, fuel consumption statistics&etc. This application is integrated with FWZ performance application that is used currently in Turkish Airlines.
- Developed Parser and service part of SIPA project which is used for parsing SITATEX messages. SITATEX messages include PTM(Passenger Transfer Message), LDM(Load Message), MVT(Movement Message).
- Rewritten an existing product called IX(Information Exchange) Server which is responsible for asynchronous messaging between all of the subsystems existent in an airport. IX was written by using MULE ESB, now all of the code is renewed and moved to Spring Integration framework. Inside Spring Integration it is using JMS, XML, JAXB mixture for messaging structure.
- Developed SITATEX IX agent which is a middleware used for messaging between IX Server and SITATEX application.
- Rewritten the IX Agent Base which is used by all agents that will be communicating with the IX system. Used JAXB, JMS, JMX technologies inside this base project.
- Worked On istanbul.net dating site updates, istanbul.net is running on a distributed structure so all upgrades and extensions are adapted to this structure. Restful structure was used in distributed architecture.
- Developed multi-threaded system monitoring application with Spring and JQuery.
- Moved all cronjobs in the system to a spring and quartz mixed structure.
" Worked in SATURN project; SATURN is a renovation project whose aim is to change the user interface of a mainframe system to JSF and to abstract the View and the Controller logic of the main frame. In SATURN project he worked with JSF IBM Products, Portlet, WebSphere, IBM RAD, AJAX, BPEL.
- Worked in AODB (Airport Operation Database) softwares Flex, Spring and Hibernate integration process.
- Developed new middleware agents for Airlines like Onur Air, THY and Ground Handling Services like Çelebi and Havaş for their messaging to IX central messaging system.
- Developed a central web interface with Flex and BlazeDS for IX messaging system that currently works at 5 airports.
- I have been assigned to this duty as part of my mandatory military service in Turkey.
- Worked in a Procurement automation software project which uses J2EE technology, Hibernate, MySQL5 database on server side, AJAX(by using Direct Web Remoting framework) and javascript on client side.
- Developed an SMS chat application called ChatWalk which works on Oracle PLSQL, Java servlet and multi-threaded Java applications. This application works with three main GSM operators in Turkey; Turkcell, Vodafone and Avea (2006)
- Developed a project manager web application with JSP and servlets that works on Apache Tomcat. (2006)
- Developed a chat applet that uses servlets and Oracle on the backend. (2006)
- Developed the mobile Java version of ChatWalk. (2005)
