- Assisting and coordinating in designing & implementing strategic planning & execution management system
including:
- Development of corporate strategy map
- Building strategy execution performance reporting system using Balanced scorecards framework and
methodology to monitor and track strategic objectives' performance
- Aligning company initiatives and projects to the strategy
- Facilitating the identification of new strategic objectives based on the continuous strategic reviews.

-Coordinating with Risk Management & Business Continuity Dept. (as a Risk Champion) to help facilitate
identify risks and implement Risk Mitigation/Treatment Plans to reduce departmental risks.
-Coordinating with Internal Audi Dept. to facilitate implementing Audit Recommendations for the
department; and coordinate for overall Audit Recommendations for all departments in the company to help
making sure that all recommendations are being implemented on time and as per Audit Reports and reporting
the same to top management.
-To act as a main support to some corporate level meetings and keep a repository of meeting minutes,
important resolutions and vital documents.
-Organizing corporate level meetings involving more than two departments and/or CEO.
Tracking resolutions made and creating a repository for resolutions.
-Coordinating with heads of departments to ensure update on resolutions made in adhoc meetings.
-Identifying and keeping track of all vital documents of Mobily.
-Coordinating with Risk Management & Business Continuity Dept. (as a Risk Champion) to help facilitate
identify risks and implement Risk Mitigation/Treatment Plans to reduce departmental risks.
-Coordinating with Internal Audi Dept. to facilitate implementing Audit Recommendations for the

-Conducting negotiation meetings with vendors for procuring goods and services.
-Taking the lead in processing claims and dispute resolution by liaising with various internal organizations.
-Analyzing commercial proposals, provisions, pricing schemes and suggesting alternatives.
-Preparing evaluation reports for top management and drafting memos.
-Tendering process end-to-end
