• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with internal customers.
• Manages order flow and executes critical order steps.
• Delivering project processes and relationship expectations with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal customer.
• Negotiate prices with contractors (suppliers) to get the maximum cost saving and best contract condition.
• Prepares bidders lists, issues Request for Quotations, receives and analyzes bids, prepares bid analysis summaries, and made recommendations for purchase order awards that serves internal entities.

• Update and register vendors document in ERP.
• Negotiates and /or participates in the negotiations of all contracts and agreements.
• Led a project to cleanse vendor management data beginning with categorization, documentation, and establishing a new process for vendor management division.
• Submit reports and keep track of vendor documents validity quarterly.
• Perform necessary pre-qualification procedure of suppliers/vendors.
• Contributed to the resolution of issues raised by both internal customers and external parties providing admin services.
• Take up continuous improvement projects for the procurement and vendor management function.
