1. Develop national strategy in line with Saudi vision 2030.
2. Lead technical team in international partnership negotiations.

1. Determine the different steps related to the detailed case analysis process and develop a clear set of methodologies and framework to follow when developing business cases, feasibility studies and impact assessment.
2. Communicate with various stakeholders (including investors) to obtain data in coordination with the Execution Unit to ensure a comprehensive analysis.
3. Build models related to detailed reform business case analysis using the unit’s tools and methodologies. The analysis includes the impact on competitiveness rankings, root cause(s), feasibility of implementation, the complexity, inter-dependencies between stakeholders, and required investment.
4. Follow up with Research Analysts to ensure their assigned activities are progressing according to plan, intervene to resolve any issues, and provide consolidated progress report to senior management.
5. Support in the development of the reform program high level implementation plan.
1 .Communication and coordination with stakeholders in projects to assist in the processes of collecting and organizing information to input to the EPM tool
2. Assure accurate updated information for all projects in the project management system. (Over 60 Projects)
3. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports required to monitor the progress of work.
4. Provide the necessary support to all project management system users.
5. Active participation to ensure the continuity of all work process in the department with high efficiency.
