Strategic Program Manager for NCB Mega Facility Projects Kingdom wide.
Main Responsibilities:
· Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
· Manages program of projects and project managers Kingdom wide to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts.
· Assists the Business Owner to obtain funding approval signatures. Explanation of project scope and the associated costs as required is part of this process.
· Monitors progress, provides financial control and ensures quality of project.
· Manage the project team including architects, engineers, workplace consultants, construction managers and administrative support.
· Develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects.
· Identify and evaluates alternative solutions to best meet program goals.
· Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding authorization.
· Works cooperatively with all stakeholders and ensures each project manager works cooperatively with the appropriate service providers to develop overall program scope, strategy, and requirements.
· Managing special studies, initiatives or due diligence assignments.
· Participate in the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for consultants, contractors, and other outside vendors and selects vendors.

Managing and leading NCB important Strategic Projects and the Facilities Engineering function and ensure effective implementation for the establishment of new facilities kingdom wide in alignment with NCB overall image and facilities design in order to meet NCB’s business needs and internal customer service levels in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Job responsibility
§ Optimization and implementation of NCB’s new brand identity Project (Branches & ATM).
§ Corporate architecture for NCB Stand-Alone Branches Project
§ To construct, renovate, relocate the bank Branches, ATMs.
§ Implementing Branch Network Strategy and Project Management, thus enhancing both career and skill in the Strategy Rollout of the Banking Branch Expansion by actively being responsible for implementation of the three-year Strategy Plan for Branch Expansion and fully responsible of implementation of approved strategy by top management.
§ Responsibilities include: Branch & ATM Expansion Rollout-Plan: New Branches, Re-location and Renovation; maintaining the project management on Enterprise Project Management (EPM); monitoring and controlling the checklist and aligning the project team from (IT, Business Automation, Quality Care, Merchandizing.
§ Responsibilities include Project Implementation according to the developed plan, Project Planning Implementation Execution and Rollouts.
Financial Budgeting Forecasting, Financial variance of actual spending versus budget, Cost management
§ Motivation, utilization and contribution of employees Frequency of feedback on performance.
