Field checks and evaluate tests confirming quality requirements, architectural and interior finishes, material and building components by conducting thorough site inspection for all architectural works as per approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statement.

Aramco South Dhahran Home Ownership Project (Ajyal), participated in developing working & shop Drawings for (District 1A&2A).
University of Dammam new campus projects, participated in developing working & shop Drawings for administration and multipurpose buildings and college of Pharmacology.
Azmeel headquarter in Aljubail, development of various residential projects.
o Leading team of engineers and technician for the hospital, general operation and maintenance as a part of contract with Maternity and Children Hospital (Ministry of Health).
o Prepare and submit monthly report for the client.
o Review and submit the monthly payment to the client and following up.
o Following LPO and material request.
o Follow up with subcontractor for PPM and emergency maintenance.
o Worked in architectural and interior design projects of new commercial and residential units.
o Meeting with clients to understand the requirements, and site visit to produce conceptual design from initial process to final design for each project.
