Positioned at the Front Office Reception to take care of the VIP Guests in the Hotel.• Handling concierge services, i.e., confirming Airline tickets, making restaurant bookings and reservations for the guests
Handling Cashiers Desk, keeping proper records of the bills and maintaining proper co-ordination with Accounts Department.• Preparing Flash and Sales Reports for the Front Office Manager.• Handling check-ins and check-outs for the rooms
