• Plan, control, review project processes to have a smooth work flow and ensure proper manpower planning and resource capacity utilization
• Identifying the training requirements
• Work closely with Group leaders to ensure the proper execution of the project
• Conduct a monthly job progress discussion with each group leaders which includes an assessment of their performance and progress towards reaching the goals
• Conduct annual performance appraisals
• Conduct meetings and communications to inform personnel of business issues
• Interact with customers, external/internal to address the technical, administrative and commercial aspects of projects
• Mentoring project leaders in estimating and scheduling the project deliveries

• Defined (redefined) the Recruitment and Training program, reduced the training curve drastically by providing the innovative ideas, revised training schedule and the assessment report for the trainees
• Created the MIS reporting systems to track the online production status by introducing proper spreadsheets
• Created production planning and scheduling of all the jobs by proper guidelines
• Motivated group leaders/project leaders to accomplish the project deadlines
• Achieved zero (or less than 0.1%) monetary penalty for Five consecutive years, saved thousands of Dollars over the years.
• Created a team from 100+ to 250+ trained professionals to increase the Organization’s capacity 2.5 fold by adding more manpower and by improving the skills and efficiency.
