1. Creating, amending and cancelling bookings on Travelbox (DMC System) for clients/tour operators based on request received and marking payments against bookings made
2. Assisting reservations team due to high volume of bookings, in planning itineraries, providing quotes, creating and amending bookings for clients and ensuring to respond on time to accommodation, dining, transfers, special event tickets (such as Formula 1, Rugby’s 7s…etc) and other enquiries from the tour operator
3. To maximize revenue using all sales opportunities when handling enquiries; i.e. upselling and cross-selling
4. To ensure all records are maintained accurately and filed appropriately in both computerized systems and on all documentation relating to each enquiry/reservation.
5. To be fully aware of any special promotions or offers from the hotels and suppliers.
6. To liaise closely with all departments such as reservations, operations, hotels and suppliers to ensure all guest requests are dealt with utmost professionalism.
7. To ensure all rates, close-out dates and hotel related information is accurate on TravelBox system and crossing checking to make sure contracts are updated accurately
8. Assisting queries from tour operator and liaising with hotels regarding offers, contract amendment, and product updates etc.
9. Making sure accurate information is sent out through global communication system such as Dotmailer & Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
10. Develop, update and maintain a database of existing and potential customers through a "customer relationship management" system
11. Handling access (B2B, XML and Internal tariffs) given to existing and potential tour operators and staff for our booking systems through TravelBox and SharePoint.
12. Dealing with queries from different departments regarding our products sold, rates, and availability.
13. Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with utmost customers' satisfaction and updating the same in Salesforce
14. Assisting the team in creating hotel packages specific to tour operator requirements.

1. 7. Maintain an efficient filing system for the department and ensure logs or standard reports are as per requirements. Ensure information is accurate and up to date
8. Ensure hardware assets are in working order (photocopier, telephones, and fax)
9. Order and maintain office stationary supplies, with logs of daily activity.
