• Act as a single point of contact assistance for IT Service Desk regarding IT issues and queries. Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email and Log Tickets in the Manage Engine tool on behalf of users.
• To respond to the tickets / problem /change reported by IT users predominantly through Voice Interaction and though email. Take necessary action viz resolves (over phone or remote) or assigns the issue to right assignment group.
• Own the incident and provide end to end support to the users. Monitor the service desk tool for open and pending incidents and follow up the status of problem on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all the support queries and adhere to all service management principles. Handling of service desk function effectively-ticket assignment, monitoring and closing.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all the tickets and closely monitoring the progress on the task assigned to technicians and assisting them to provide /exchange the required information.
