Procurement and Store in charge (Lincoln, Ford and Quicklane) -
(Ordering - Forecast & Planning - Inventory management)

 Monthly forecast, planning and ordering of consumables, tools, chemicals.
 Receiving and issuance based on forecasted usage and request from multiple brands and branches.
 Compare and Invite quotes, creation of POs towards approved, maintained bank of and new suppliers local and international.
 Working closely with the workshop supervisors, Service manager to ensure we are ready and planned for daily activities, campaigns and projects in terms of service jacks, oil drainers, waste management, consumable, tools orders are ready for use.
 Procuring specialty items as and when required by the management. E.g. special tools, automation tools for workshop, marketing related e.g. giant battery blimp, artworks,
 Monthly usage and spend reports sent to finance and top management.
 Setup of store process in terms of location setup and tools and material arrangement, monitoring of item movement (tools, materials and chemicals usage percentage).so as to have justification for any kind of replacement, reorder or misuse investigation.
 Stock count on the monthly basis.
 Proposing Value added services such as Engine flushing, Ac treatment, Tire offers, sanitization packages
 Procuring materials and ideating of POS’ to increase conversion of customers ( ATV)
 Support with Marketing plans and analysis for Service and Parts in terms of campaigns, artwork.





Accessories in charge (Lincoln and Ford) - End to End support (Operational - Planning - Analytical - Sales)

 Sales forecast and targets for business.
 Follow up with customers, catering to feedback and requirements.
 Point of contact for Middle East team and Ford team for Accessories business steadiness.
 Actively involved with buy lines and quantities.
 Tracking aged stock, following up with concern sales staff and sales channels to liquidate
 Continuity and seasonal buys for merchandise items.
 Involved in Pricing and Margin across various categories such as protection, styling... etc.
 Liaising with the parts, finance and IT team to do the necessary system setups.
 Branding for stores, in-house branding, product display & visuals display.
 Providing recommendation, direction & tools to the marketing team for catalogue creation, along with awareness materials.
 Collation of information through CRM team and catering to customer requests.
 Weekly and monthly reports tracked and analysed for action plans and management review.
 E-commerce site development, planning and marketing along with Ford middle east team.

Operations specialist (Lincoln and Ford) - supports the service and parts team with their daily requirements

 Procurement & negotiations with suppliers and maintaining replenishment of stock
 Branding for supplier stores, in-house branding, product display & placement along with brand guidelines.
 Providing guidance, direction & tools to the marketing team along with ideation for service & parts campaigns.
 Campaign supervising, monitoring, reporting and analysis.
 Event organisation for partners, liaising and maintaining profitable business relations.
 Generating insightful market analysis through survey collection, guest list etc.
 Ensuring overall health of the day to day activities for performing smooth working business with relevant SOPs and involvement with training team.
 Customer feedback and complaints analysis in order to develop a proactive approach in minimizing error percentage in the workshop and ensure high rating towards customer satisfaction.
 Setup the Tool room process for better internal customer service and accountability.
