• In this role, I help in organizing complex calendars, arrange local and international travel and assist with expense report submission as well as perform accounting administration.
• Execute various administrative tasks, including travel arrangements (Domestic & International), scheduling, submission of expense reports, and other correspondence for Corporate Development Team.
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executives to facilitate efficient decision-making.
• Act as the key contact between the executives and other departments.
• Responsible for managing office operations and procedures and ensure business efficiency.
• Coordinate and monitor all appointments, meetings, and trainings to ensure that schedules are logged, traced and remind all concerns.
• Co-ordinate and order special requests for executives including but not limited to Room reservations, Limousine pick-up and handling of VIP’s as needed.
• Arranging international travels including VISA appointment booking.
• Build network of strong working relationships both internally and externally.
