Manage inventory accuracy by monitoring daily warehouse and site activities,
Supervise and record/maintain inventory of all goods and materials in the Inventory Management System PCS Project Control software according to assigned physical locations and ensure the availability of documentation as per procedure.
Timely issue and receive all designated material and prioritize as per the instructions of Supply Chain procedure with utmost priority to safety and security of equipment
Ensure efficient operation of warehouse by planning and managing the required resource like labor, petty cash, and off time availability etc.
Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs, with a primary focus on cost control and report the high and low performer to the Management
Manage space requirements by identifying slow moving, obsolete and damaged items and report them to Head of department.
