DUTIES AT WORK • Evaluate all revenue centers and prepare reports for income journal on daily basis. • Prepare and evaluate housekeeping reports on everyday basis and resolve any discrepancies in same. • Monitor all packages such as administrative phone call reports, rebates and allowances. • Keep the proper record of Advances, Credit Limit, PM Account, Guest Ledger, Complimentary Report, Cash Refunds, and Paid Out. • Maintain daily and monthly reconciliation of Tourism Fee and Service Charge. • Perform audit on various functions for all function sheers and administer everyday activities of night auditors and provide training for same. • Develop and maintain all income journals and cash receipts and make all required adjustments for same and perform month end closing and analyze the bank account in coordination with the Finance Team. • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation • Organize and maintain all billing files and provide support to all charges. • To ensure that controls are in place to maintain the confidentiality of all financial information
Involved in working within Finance as a support as Hotel is in under the Same Management Gromaxx Group. Handling Two Hotels at a time was a great Experience of Time Management as well as stamina to work under Pressure.
