Key Responsibilities QA:
Conduct Food Safety & Quality Audits to ensure that all food safety standards are followed in the restaurants.
Project monthly audit plan and QA objective for all QA team and discuss.
Communicate customer issues & Quality concerns to the senior management and the respective departments.
Train interns, QA team members on Food Safety, Quality & Hygiene and Audit
Establish and maintain relationships with the Country Management, Supply Chain Staff,
Restaurant Management & Operation teams.
Develop action plans within the timeframe for corrective actions against discrepancies and Quality complaints.
Regularly review product quality and research for new vendors
Conduct raw & fished products quality test with Suppliers and work for the opportunities.
At least one visit per month the supplier factories and Warehouses.
Conduct spot inspections on customer food complaints in the restaurant.
Discuss the tested lab investigation report with the management team and log the records and follow up
Ensure that to verify the municipal requirements and policies are updated and followed.
Communicate with respective departments to take immediate corrective action with regards to the malfunctioning of equipment, building maintenance issues and operational procedures (food safety & hygiene etc.)
Conduct food quality evaluation on finished products & meals (ATCQ & BTCQ ) each outlets
Conduct periodic product quality, safety & hygiene evaluation of every supplier including external audit findings and follow-up on corrective action plan.
Conduct random inspections on daily receivable goods (fresh, dried, chilled & frozen products) and truck condition.
Reviewing receiving & dispatching reports for all food items to provide recommendations for improvement and adherence to international quality standards.
Implement company policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and international quality standards.
Ensure that all products meet food safety, quality, and legal requirements on HACCP, GMP, CCP by conducting supplier quality assurance audit reviews
To complete three audits per restaurant annually Announced, unannounced and support visit
Conduct IPM (Intergraded Pest Management) Inspection at all McDonald’s outlets.
Discussed the IPM result and issue with concerned department to take necessary action & records.

Prepare the incentive plans with the internal restaurant team to achieve the sales target.
Train and develop all staff in the restaurant to achieve internal & external audit result.
Prepare for training & self-development each staff working in the restaurant based on the training plan.
