My responsibilities include:
* Implementation, coordination and organization of global project control strategy

* Monitoring and controlling time management plan with computerised schedule in Primavera 6.2 for Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning components
* Critical path analysis, identifying delaying events, assessing forecasts, what-if analyses, risk analysis
* Review and modify work schedule and examining effect of schedule changes on project milestones and completion dates, recommending corrective measures, recovery plan preparation
* Preparation of weekly and monthly status reports
* Cost management, validating progress invoices for progress on different components of the EPC contracts, project cost status reporting
* Evaluation of claims, including cost and Extension of Time (EOT) claims

On Lahore-Sialkot Motorway, Lahore Ring Road Project and other projects
* Planning of mega projects, using Primavera P6 and P3 software including creating work breakdown structure, activity definition, activity duration estimating, resource and cost loading, analysing critical path and creating budgeted cash-flows, schedule risk analysis
* Project monitoring, project status reporting, earned value and schedule performance analyses, recommending corrective actions in order to achieve objectives of scope, time, cost and quality
* Procurement planning, preparation of contract general condition and technical specification based on project scope and applicable standards
* Conducting procurement process including pre-qualification, evaluating and reviewing technical and financial proposals with reference to scope, technical specification and applicable standards, for Consultancy/EPC contracts
* Contract administration
* Reviewing policies and procedures pertaining to procurement process and proposing amendments
* Project governance - preparing and executing human resource management plans and cost plans for different project PMOs, designing PMO structure, conducting hiring process

* Master planning of LRMTS comprising integrated rail network of four lines, 80km long with 90 stations, Priority Line is of 27 km with 22 stations
* Land requirement analysis, planning and executing land acquisition plan
* Preparing detailed Primavera 6 plan for land acquisition
* Planning of utility relocation works for Electricity (132 KV and 11 KV) lines, Water Supply and Sewerage lines, Telephone lines, Gas line - determining duration of each utility’s works, scheduling priorities for each utility, determining duration of all utility relocation works, site delivery plan for each station/site
* Preparing plans and project appraisals for PMOs of utility organizations, including scope of services, human, material resource and cost management plans
* Planning and executing consultancy contracts for utility relocations for mapping existing utilities and designing relocation works, preparation of consultancy TORs, procurement of consultants, and administering consultancy contracts.
