My responsibilities include:

* Implementation, coordination and organization of global project control strategy
* Development of project control system including project control procedures, and cost control system and procedures, working closely with the Contractors
* Monitoring and controlling time management plan with computerised schedule in Primavera 6.2 for Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning components
* Critical path analysis, identifying delaying events, assessing forecasts, what-if analyses, risk analysis
* Review and modify work schedule and examining effect of schedule changes on project milestones and completion dates, recommending corrective measures, recovery plan preparation
* Preparation of weekly and monthly status reports
* Cost management, validating progress invoices for progress on different components of the EPC contracts, project cost status reporting
* Evaluation of claims, including cost and Extension of Time (EOT) claims
