• Perform maintenance activities on Rotating and Static equipment as per schedule such as:
- Steam Turbine Compressor (Integrally Geared Turbo Compressor from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries)
- Fuel Gas Compressor from MYCOM (F60P-4PM)
- Air Compressor Oil Free from KOBELKO & ATLAS COPCO
- Pump (EBARA Centrifugal multistage pump, SULZER centrifugal pump, TEIKOKU centrifugal pump, reciprocating plunger pump, screw pump, WILDEN pneumatic diaphragm pump, EBARA centrifugal overhung pump, Canned Pump from TEIKOKU
- Chiller, Refrigerator From DAIKIN
- Gas Cooler, Blower, Gear Box, Skimmer, Agitator, Vessel, Pipe & Flange, Valve, Heat Exchanger, Boiler, Stripper, Reformer, Ammonia Tank (also other tank).
• Able representative to vendor for preservation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, mechanical completion, punch list, pre and start up.
- Rotating Equipment such as: Gas Turbine Compressor, Gas Turbine Generator, Steam Turbine, pump, Fire water pump, Emergency Diesel Generator, Air compressor.
- Static equipment such as: Pipe and flange, Valve, Vessel, Boiler, Heat Exchanger, Gas Cooler, Tank, Sewage Treatment Plant, Atmospheric and Main Condenser, PSV Leak Test, Breather Valve Function test.
• Able to maintenance interval, problem solve for fuel system, charging system, starting system and Major and Top End Overhaul for engine performance and Performance Analysis Report (PAR).
• Create reporting status of notification or Workorder using CMMS (YOKOGAWA)
• Forecast strategic spare parts, Tools, consumable parts, and Insurance spare parts off all Mechanical equipment.
• Support prepares budget mechanical department such personal and section tools, spare parts, blanket contract service, etc.
• Perform troubleshooting, installation, overhaul, repairing and inspection on all rotating and static equipment using manual book, drawing and P&ID.
• Perform re-assembly, cleaning, assembly, repair, troubleshooting, and installation of wet seal (john crane, eagleBurgmann, Tanken Seal).
• Daily reporting maintenance request form (Preventive and Corrective maintenance) directly to Supervisor or Superintendent.
• Responsible to ensure every service and maintenance activity carried out in safety manner incompliance with standard operation procedure.
• Daily routine planner works for converting service request or notification become work order, routing the work order to maintenance engineers, create work order, planning, monitoring, and reporting planned works, to make coordination with operation and maintenance or other disciplines or department as work orders required.
• Develop detailed scope of work for processing maintenance orders for asset maintenance.
• Review plan tasks to ensure resources related to materials, procurement, tools or equipment, Labors, contracts and logistics requirements are allocated.
• Ensure integrated maintenance schedule is discussed, coordinated and reviewed for execution coordination meeting with related department for resource loading and operational availability.
• To maintain maintenance records and reports such as maintenance performance, asset maintenance history, daily attendance, MoM’s, and timely based reports
• Create Work Package each Job for Turnaround or Shutdown activity.
• Create purchase request spare parts and create reservation service manpower.
• Coordinate the shutdown interventions planning with related entities to ensure the shutdowns are executed in accordance with the plan and meet with the program expectation.
• Control the activities of materials movement and storage in order to support operational activities in compliance with the latest Company Supply Chain’s policies.
