* Setting up, uploading of materials part numbers and maintain the project/customer sales order.
* Developing and executing local sourcing procedures to meet customers’ requirements.
* Continually monitoring, and reviewing resources deployed to achieve the project plan.
* Following-up of SAP backlog, reviewing and revising of all deliverable's as required.
* Making sure deliverable's are in agreement to contracts and escalating delays when necessary.
*Identifying and resolving project procurement issues with third party vendors as per terms and conditions in a timely manner.
* Assist in developing a realistic Project plan for spares deliverable
* Ensure regular spares updates and reports are generated for upper management.
* Ensuring contract material deliverable's are time and cost effective.
* Liaise with Quality department for all third party equipment inspection before they used on proprietary Cameron equipment.
*Working closely with customer third party inspectors for coordinating major witness activities for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and resolution of NCR's.
* Documenting all Material Record Books and Certificate of Conformance receive with respect to spares deliverable's
