Job title : Projects Manager
Responsible for managing macro and micro stakeholders, initiate the projects based on end users requirements, develop project brief, managing design and construction stages, tender analysis for design and construction stages, review and develop progress report, monitoring work progress and cash flow, monitoring documentation process, HSE management, Quality control. Cost estimating and feasibility study. Work with local concerned authorities for NOC and approvals. Projects include warehouses, cooled stores, operation offices, residential buildings, PV solar system 2.46 MW, and all infrastructure and utilities for factory and WHs. Also, leading maintenance team for operation stage.
Responsible for interface client with Atkins HO, Design co-ordination, Atkins representative in technical and progress meetings, review design drawings, involved in all design co-ordination meetings with other consultants involved in the project, lead the site supervision team throughout construction period, prepare and issue Project Quality Plan, Monthly construction reports to clients throughout, review contractors invoices, EOT, and progress reports. Construction stage included piling work (more than 750Piles), Enabling work - micro piles, rock anchoring, 1 Km RCC retaining walls, large RCC water tanks, 500 meter retaining system of wall include geogrids, RCC and steel structure, Executing the Infrastructures networks for both Hotels includes connections to main line. Muscat bay project included 2 hotels five star, 230 Rooms, VIP Villas, Restaurant, Spa, Swimming Pool, Big landscape area, Carparks, contract Value 55 million OMR.
site project team, technical coordination with retails tenants, Mall operation and contractor, dealt with all local authorities to obtain required approval/permits to the project. Review contractors claims, prepare recommendations for claims approval or rejection. Assist in negotiations with contractors regarding the value of claims or changes in schedule. Leading site supervision team to monitor the quality of work. Attend all HSE, review weekly HSE report.
follow up with site inspectors the quality of work day to day, attend meetings with client construction and delivery team till completion of construction and handover stage, worked with customer service team to provide technical supports and respond to customers queries and resolve issues after handover stage. Construction include Piling, stone columns, shear piles, RCC super-structure for multi-storey building, underground car park (below water see level), dewatering system, testing and commissioning, and handover to clients.
