Project Scope : Meydan one Mall (Structural Works
& RESPONSIBILTY:
Preparation of BOQs from Preliminary drawings.
Subcontractor’s bills and Involving in client bill preparation.
Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoicing.
Preparation of Project Budget annually and following-up breakdown of expenses against allocated
budget and ensure working to keep the project within the budget.
Maintain detailed records of contractual changes (i.e. delay, obstructions, changes etc.) and ensure
the commercial team has adequate information to cover these changes through claims.
Ensure the production of timely and accurate monthly cost and value reports, quarterly forecasts
and cash-flow information.
Preparing Work Orders.
Participate as a key member and provide support to the claim team to the main contract of the client
Lead all aspects of Sub-Contract Administration for the station.
Prepare Cash Flow annually and ensure that the project goals are achieved in line with it .
Discussing the additional works with Commercial Team to ensure that the variations are in line
with the actual cost impact.
Checking BBS, Subcontractor Shop Drawings (Rebar, Block works, waterproofing, plastering,
paintings, gypsum board works, Tiles all types of structural & Architectural works) with Design
Drawings & BOQ quantities..
Interim Payment Preparation and submission on a monthly basis.
Responsible for Documenting and Drawing Control, Revision Control, Approval process, Tracking
of Vendor Documents, Ensuring latest revision availability etc..,
Monthly Cost Verification meetings to monitor the Project.
Involved in preparing Subcontract Agreements.
Involved in preparing Extension of Time letters including Cost Claim.
Monthly payments certification, Manage all spheres of contracts between company and
subcontractors.
Preparation/submission of Contractual correspondences with main contractor/ client.
Involved in preparing tenders and estimations.
Involved in preparing Suspension Costs and getting them approved from Client with proper
substantiation.
Analysis of rates for Labour, Material and Plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up
costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
Preparation of counter Claims and do correspondence for the same, preparation of statements for
cases.
