1. Trekking and Tour Itinerary designing
To anticipate, react responsively to, and exceed customer requirements in a friendly and approachable style, and follows correct till procedures quickly and efficiently.
Follows brand guidance and information on best information about tours and treks, and assists in selling them to the guests with the higher satisfaction rate.
Planning the itineraries ad helps to book it as per the guest requirements

2. Handling telephones and mails and hotel booking
Learn to know the general etiquettes of handling telephones
Also know how to handle and write an email to the guests and the hotels.
Also know how to book the hotels for the valued clients as per their desired clients
Helps to make a calls to the hotels and make booking of the rooms for the guests and the also helps to keep the better business relation with them
3. Handle the daily procedures of files
Know how to operate the files in initial phase
How to keep the records of the file for the future reference
How to separate the files with it’s filing process with it’s importance and it’s operation
Helps in operating daily business affairs along with all administrative affairs
4. Acting as a care taker, title head “Managing Director” (Only) in the absence of the Managing director
5. Plan and develop the new ideas of the business and implement it to the daily business affairs
6. Always be in touch with all the guests and be informed about the services provided and their level of satisfaction, and take necessary action, if required.
7. Dealing with the agents and the FIT’s with various communication channels and help them to visit to Nepal
8. Deal with rates to the different business house on behalf of the company along with all international bodies.
