Ø Installation & maintenance of Fire alarm, Emergency lighting,
Access control, Sliding door CCTV, Firefighting, UPS, Nurse Call, MATV Systems.
Ø Daily checking CM work orders PPM work orders, in Oracle System.
Ø Quantity surveying of the materials involved in the Projects.
Ø Preparation of Material submission for consultants and responsible for Materials
Ø Manpower planning for the activities at site.
Ø Supervision of site activities.
Ø Attending progress meetings and coordination with Sub Contractors, Consultants and Clients.
Ø Preparation of Monthly Stock Reports and Variations.
Ø Responsible for raising Inspection requests and getting them approved by the Consultants
Ø Perform earth pit maintenance on yearly basis
Ø Maintaining Electrical systems of MDB, EMDB, ATS, UPS and Generator
Ø Maintaining mechanical pumping systems like booster pumps, irrigation pumps, transfer pumps and fire pumps
Ø Monthly, Yearly PPM as per client Schedule
Ø Planning and schedule New System Installation Configuration & Commissioning
Ø Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated Reports.
Ø Provide information and assist in preparation of site standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ø Monitoring project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures, and templates through project audits.
Ø Negotiate and maintain relation with vendors and subcontractors.

Ø Organize and draft employee schedules, and track time sheets for payroll processing
Ø Drawing Analysis

Ø Inspect on routine basic electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures, and other components to ensure they remain functional and are
to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issue.
Ø Installation of an efficient electricity network system including small Power& lighting, LT PANELS, DBs
Ø Coordinating the operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and EXTRA low voltage systems
Ø Operate sewage treatment, sludge processing, and disposal equipment in wastewater sewage treatment plant to control flow processing of sewage.
Ø Monitor control panels and adjusts valves gates manually or by remote control to regulate flow of sewage
Ø Maintain log of operations and records meter gauge readings
Ø Operation and maintenance of LT panels.
