IT support Engineer
Responsibilities:
•Installing and configuring AD, DNS, DHCP.
•Active Directory User Creation, deletion, security/distribution in group management.
•Group policy Management.
•Managing Backup strategies and perform backup using external media's.
•Preparing Day by Day work schedule and execute the plans as per site conditions.
•Execute various projects, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
•Preparing and review BOQ, plans, diagram for projects
•Handling CCTV installation for Johnson Controls, Alshaya, Toprock projects
•Operating System Installation of Windows XP, Windows 7, win 8 and 10.
•Installing and configuring network and local printers.
•Configuring and troubleshoot outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2017 and Office 365
•Basic networking concepts.
•Networking termination and Structural Cabling.
•Installing and configuring client required applications.
•System performance tuning.
•Providing users shared folder access as per process.
•Managing other infrastructure server like DHCP, DNS and Print servers.
•CCTV installation, commisioning and configuration.
•Installing network and analog CCTV
•Manage and configure Firewall.
•Configure site to site and ipsec VPN
•Access Control installation and configuration.
•Biometrics troubleshooting.
•Perform Daily backup using SPX and cloud.
•Basic knowledge of Fiber, Networking, TCP\IP, Router and Switches.
•PA Systems.
•Support and troubleshoot through Remote Desktop Softwares.
•User / System Administration.
•User Account Management, File changes / Permission.
•Handling and Managing Assets and more than 500 Desktop's
