Key Responsibilities
• Study of request for inspection check form (RICF) and provide supervision

• Checking of daily progress report and keeping record on manpower and
machinery.
• Responsible to observe, avoid and take action on unsafe and environmentally
damaging aspects of the work.
• Overall responsibility of request for inspection (RFI) attending supervising
compiling etc.
• Supervision of construction activities as requested in RFI, formwork,
reinforcement work, surface preparation work of fresh concrete and hardened
concrete, vertical and horizontal joint preparation work.
• Following method statements, construction drawings in site supervision.
• Taking joint measurement with contractor, checking and endorsing the quantity
calculation.

Key Responsibilities
• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and
budgets that meet them.

• Co-ordinate with clients, consultations, subcontractors to ensure timely
delivery of work schedule.
• Monitoring and carrying out quality check on progressive completed work
and make recommendation for effective project management.
• Develop project status/ progress reports.
• Organize regular inspections to ensure that all site work is being carried out
correctly and safely. Any worker that is found to be working in an unsafe
manner or not wearing PPE where necessary is to be removed from the site
immediately.

Key Responsibilities
• To assist Project Manager in project planning, implementation and to

• To prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules,
method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc.
• To coordinate and liaise with Client’s representatives, relevant Authorities,
Consultant, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. on all project aspects and need be,
to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by
documentation.
• To lead site coordination relating to structural works of the project.
• Support Quantity Surveyor (Project) in verifying progress payment and
claim.
• Oversee, coach and mentor the entire project team.
