RESPONSIBILITIES
•Inspire and lead others towards higher levels of performance
•Formulate strategies and policies and follow these through into strategic and operational activities
•Communicate strategies to influence a diverse audience

•Ensure strong strategic and annual planning processes are in place to produce effective plans for approval by the Board

•Prepare the budget every December for the Board’s approval

to ensure all new department associates receive proper training and supervision and will ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and building of displays.
