Steer and direct lateral flow rapid manufacturing of pregnancy test that generate 1.0 lac test per day along with
other test like midstream, syphillus, HBsAg, Malaria, HIV, drugs of abuse range, Cotinine test.
. Directly manage officers and chemists involed in rapid, hematology, biochemistry reagents manufacturing
overseeing contract workers.
. Transfer skills to the work force, facilitate efficiency, and improve performance.
. Planning and improvement of operation process, trouble shooting any encountered bottle necks, optimised
procurement of raw materials, costing of products, minimise waste maxmizing quality and yield.
. New product development in terms of envising, initiating work, and execution.
. Just in time production when the need be.
. Cohesive team building focused on production goals, safety and throughput
Work included development of medical kits like Lpa, Fibrinogen, Apo A1, Apo B turbidemetric assays.
. Developing batches, initial alliquots, studying them, later either manufacturing them ourselves or forwarding
them to manufacturing after official paper work.
. Development of composite hematology control (3 part diff, 18 parameters )assayed by impedence based
analyzer along with all the reagents req by the system ie, diluent, lyse, cleaner. Standardizing trubidimetric
reagents on fully automated analyzer (sinnova).
. Developed ready to use elisa plate calibrators at 450nm and 405nm, various lateral flow rapid test development
and manufacturing the same.
. Managing production of rapid test, guiding supervisors and contract workers, facilitating on time dispatch.
. Have worked towards developing blood glucose strips.
. Preparing R&D documents for QA compliance, procedure development, biological safety, risk analysis
assesment etc

Potentiometric titration (Non aqueous), Chemical analysis, TLC, UV analysis.
Present Achievements- Have set manufacturing of rapid in my present company and already supplying
hcg for mankind brand preganews, tenders to HLL, PII, Astro lab, Alkem, Gulfa etc. Actively
manufacturing all above mentioned rapid test for the company
