 Responsible for organising and leading a team and developing and delivering the company’s sales and marketing strategy within a specific region and empanelling the products with the consultants and clients like Ashgal, Msheireb, Qatar Foundation, etc.
 Ensures that existing and new customer relationships are strengthened to continue to grow, and that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
 Manages the database of clients, their jobs at various sites, contracts administered, validity of contracts, etc.
 Prepares and check contractual terms variations, changes/adjustments to quotation made vis-à-vis LPO/Work Order/Client Acceptance forms received from clients etc.
 Maintains direct contact with the manufacturers and keep the stocks readily available for the sales.
 Generates new business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis and launching campaigns.
 Develops and maintains efficient and effective reporting systems for tracking prospects from initial enquiry through to close.
 Contract renewal/rate revision at least 3 months in advance before expiry of contract, for further action by Sales/Customer Service team. Also responsible for getting purchase order, work orders, and agreement signed by clients.
