Contributes towards the success of delivering fast and friendly customer service, making consistently high quality drinks, monitoring the performance of drink making equipment, trains all members of the team in all aspects of drink preparation standards and ensures the coffee manual are available and kept up to date.
Agrees a weekly sales target with the manager and strives to achieve it, and ensures waste of drinks, drinks ingredients and related packaging is controlled and recorded.
Responsible for providing a complete shopping experience for the customers, involving customer service, product knowledge and all shopping environmental involvements. Checking the stocks on daily basis to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for the customers. Keeping the featured merchandise prominently displayed. To keep the store image by adhering the guidelines as outlined by store manager/visual merchandising manager.

Done my Intern in Arm force of the Philippines at Camp Aguinaldo Quezon City. Received the highest mark among other intern. Pass the Philippines Government Eligibility Professional Exam with the grade of 80 at Civil Service Commission, Quezon City, Philippines.
