•Project Details: This Project scope comprise of 3 different packages such as Power Block (Gas Turbine & Steam Turbine Area), GIS Buildings (400kV, 220kV& 132kV) & Sea Water Intake Pumping Station (RO & MSF) / Seal Weir Pit.
Power Block work package consist of vast scope of works such as 6- Nos of GTG Foundations & 4- Nos of STG Foundations, 10- Nos of Local Electrical Buildings with 10- Nos of Main & Auxiliary Transformers, 6 -Nos of HRSG Foundations, 2 Nos of Gas Turbine buildings, Steam Turbine Building, Main Electrical Building, Workshop, Fuel Gas Shelter, Warehouse, SWG Building, Duct Bank, Cable Trenches and other Miscellaneous Foundations & Structures
• Project Value for Civil Scope of Works: USD. 150 Million ( Qatari Riyal 550 Million)
Job Responsibilities:
• To supervise and manage all QA/QC functions in the workplace and manage a team of QC engineers and inspectors for day to day QA/QC functions.
• To identify/access the QC requirement for the project (Ex. Resources, procedures, documentation etc., ) and liaise with Project QC Manager/ Operation and QC Department for its compliance.
• To conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.
• To interface and coordinate with Operation and Clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
• To prepare Quality Control procedures, Inspection Test Plans (ITP) according to project requirements and client specifications; follow-up for its approval.
• To plan and supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor QC performance.
• To supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities.
• To act as a focal and coordination point for ISO internal and external audits and to conduct internal and operation audits.
• To have a proactive approach in problem solving in their respective discipline.
• To apply good practical knowledge in interpretation of Standards and Codes used in the respective discipline of specialization (Ex. Civil, Structural, Buildings, )
• To undertake preparation of Final QC dossier/ Manufactures Record Book as applicable for handing over to the Client and maintain proper filing system (as per Organization procedure) with full trace ability for retrieving the QC document.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare Project Quality Plan, Method statement, Inspection and Test Plan.
• Conducting Internal Audit & Training program at sites.
• Controlling in-house and subcontract works to ensure execution of works is in accordance with the project specification and approved quality plan
• Check and verify material deliveries in conformity with the project specification
• Performing phase and other inspections at the site, documenting inspections, tests, and related corrective actions conducting pre-final inspections and monitoring check lists
• Responsible and supervision of all activities in the batching plant
• Preparation of concrete design and trial mixes in accordance with the specification of the client.
• Establish documentation procedures to meet all the requirements of ISO 9001:2008
• Responsible to take action corrective actions to eliminate the cause of nonconformities in order to prevent recurrence.
• Responsible to determine preventive to eliminate the causes of potential nonconformities in order to prevent their occurrence.
• Establish, document and implement a quality management system and continually improved its effectiveness.
• Ensuring that the quality management system continues to work effectively while changes and improvements to it are being planned and carried out.

Job Responsibilities:
• Leading, planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all activities of the Batching Plant.
• Monitoring of the quality of raw materials especially the aggregates, sand, cement and water by conducting laboratory and field tests.
• Preparation of concrete design and trial mixes in accordance with the specification of the client.
• Responsible in assuring that ready mix concrete meets the required strength and curing time.

Job Responsibilities:
• Directs activities concerned with the construction of high-rise buildings and commercial buildings.
• Study specification and plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools and equipment and various building methods.
• Prepare bar bending schedules, Quantity take off and work schedules.
• Assembles member of organization at start of project.
• Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to the work schedule.
• Confer with the direct supervisory personnel and contractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
• Inspects work in progress to ensure that work conforms and that construction schedules and quality output are adhered.
