Revenue Reconciliation Review

 Reconcile on a periodical basis the Sales & Revenue related clearing accounts as
follows to ensure that accounts reflect the correct & realistic balances. This includes
regularly clearing of all exceptions in TRACK system to maintain accurate
reconciliations.
 Review various nominals to ensure that it reflects correct balances and also
identify the system/process related bottlenecks that hinder the reconciliation
process and prepare report of all the exceptions on a timely manner to be
submitted to GFR & Senior Manager.
 Identify and evaluate the differences between HO and Station accounting and
ensure that necessary corrective action is taken.
 Complete integrity check of the accounting information updated from RAPID
revenue accounting package to OF "Oracle ERP system".
 Assist Team Leader / Accounts supervisor in Pre and post-closing functions.
 Liaising with various departments to enquire and clear exceptions that may arise
in the course of reconciliations.
 Respond to queries raised from internal departments such as Outstations Finance,
Refund Finance, Payables Finance and Payroll queries and providing appropriate
and timely information ensuring that the exceptions are cleared within prescribed
time-frames.
 Completing adhoc tasks provided by the Supervisor / Revenue Accounts Officer /
Team Leader. These would include reports and some research activities before
starting new reconciliations.

Job responsibilities included:
 Validation of Airport Taxes billed by respective Airport/Authority
 Book invoices into the ERP system
 Help with auditors requirements
 Provide suppliers and stakeholders with payment status
 Prepare bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits
 Review ageing report and ensure timely follow up
 Communicate with customers via phone or email to facilitate payment of invoices
due and to resolve queries.
 Provide support for handling queries pertaining to Credit Cards and Airline
Creditor Statements of Account received from customers, airlines, banks, etc,
based on pre-defined guidelines
 Perform administrative and support functions such as receipt, dispatch and
distribution of various financial/ revenue documents
