PROJECT: Ufone Agent Desktop Terminal
Summary:
Developed Cisco and Nortel CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) Softphone application for Ufone. Clients will use the Softphone as an interface to the CTI. Different Agent and Call specific functions were built. Inbound/Outbound functionality was provided. Softphone has the capability to be integrated with other web applications. The control was made as COM(DLL), visible on IE for integration with CRM. Customization/Development of Unison CRM, Magic Screen ( Avanza Enterprise Application Integration Framework of Telecommunications Companies ) as per client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Development of Softphone from design to implementation.
Development of Unison CRM, Magic Screen.
Separate implementation for Cisco and Nortel using one DLL (Factory Pattern).
Inbound functionality (Login, Ready, Answer, Transfer Agent/IVR, Feedback etc).

Development of controlled videos sharing product having different categories media and
different modules (blog/story) integrated. Users can upload, view and share video clips, links,
stories and images. Media is uploaded on this platform in a variety of categories and can be tagged by users. The features that make this project unique are recommendation system, video upload from mobile and video debate. iPhone application for this project is being implemented.
