quality assurance. Also ensuring Brand Ambassadors are working as per
guidelines by field back checks.
Facilitating Consumer Insights in conducting pre / post activation
research / dipstick for clear market insights.
Providing support in third party Brand Ambassador hiring and their
classroom training. Conduct OTJ coaching for Brand Ambassadors by
highlighting areas of improvement.
Contracting LAMPs/HoReCa for brand visibility in the market.
Manage the marketing activities, merchandising, manage promotional events.
Worked on a short term project as an Assistant Consumer engagement specialist where I was responsible for designing the engagement activity for two brands nationally, coordinating with brand teams for smooth execution and developing strategies to engage consumers for higher sales off take. I was also responsible for coordinating with vendors for fabrication of materials needed for direct consumer activities and coordinating with third-party agencies for on ground execution.

During the time in Isra University, we launched a club named Creatives Club which provided a platform for the students to present their creative skills in front of everyone through organizing events.
I was the student representative for the Msc Marketing programme under the programme leader. My duties included representing the students and their issues, as well as communicating any changes in the programme to the students.
Worked in the HR department for two months. During the time in HR department I gained experience in employee budgeting, and setting up the organ-o-grams of different departments. I also conducted a joint project on employee satisfaction survey and have a good experience in data collection, data entry and data analyzing. I also conducted an individual survey on employee job rotation.
Worked with the sales team for two months during which I managed to give the company 3 clients and a good business. My experience in this company enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to meet target deadlines.
I worked as a volunteer in a 3 day fun fair arranged by Mobilink (telecom). During that time I was responsible for engaging customers and brief them about the latest services offered by Mobilink and make them a satisfied member of the Mobilink network. Other responsibilities included cash handling and data entry work.
