Job Responsibilities as Recruitment Coordinator:
•Frequently travel and arrange recruitment trips and report on daily basis to HR Director.
•Screen recruitment applications, and as needed conducts telephonic interviews.
•To ensure that recruitment is done as per approved budgeted positions available.
•Coordinate with internal departments for applicant screening, and prepare for interview procedures.
•Responsible for maintaining a database of suitable candidates.
•Maintains proper records of recruitment activities.
•Coordinate with international agencies for Bulk Recruitment and new employee visa processes.
•Update recruitment status of candidates in excel and TALEO on the basis of weekly agencies report.
•Process Prepaid Ticket Advice.
•Arrange transport and accommodation for new arrivals.
•Process passports and documents of new arrival.
•Prepare transmittal of hiring documents and submit to personal department for the issuance of employee number.
•Prepare employment agreements skilled / unskilled workers.
•Review & Finalize release dates of manpower and transfer them to required projects.
•Verify Manpower Transfer Notification.
•Under Process / On-board weekly reports.
Job Responsibilities as Sr. Officer Human Resource:
•To assist Manager Admin & HR in all relevant activities.
•To ensure facilitation of overall staff as per organizational policies.
•To promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
•To liaise with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety.
•To prepare and update staff handbooks as per policies.
•To provide guidance and advice on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
•Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
•To deal with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
•To develop with line managers HR planning strategies that consider immediate and long-term staff requirement.
•To plan and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
•To analyse training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
•To develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.

Job Responsibilities as MIS Executive / Coordinator to Director Admin & HR:
•To scrutinize the particular project client files during and closing of campaign.
•To manage bulk SMS services and dispatch bulk letters to clients for recovery of dues through database.
•To manage any type of changes in database if needed after prior approval from the Managing Director.
•To co-ordinate and support with concerned departments to ensure smooth operations.
•To update database (software) with the help of Software House (The Real Soft).
•All correspondence related to the recruitment process of senior and junior staff.
•Prepare staff salary sheet for payments.
•To maintain the attendance of staff in AMS (Attendance Management Systems) on daily basis.
•Conduct Training Need Assessment and compile them.
•Arrangements of Guest Facilitation Services.
•Timely issuance of ID Cards and display of all types of notices related to HR/ MIS.
•Counselling staff regarding their problems and accordingly to maintain and submit the reports to the Director on weekly basis about the progress.
• Handling staff with their projects and any difficulties that they might come across while their professional activities.
•Provide support to Business Control Division, Finance/Admin/Procurement/IT as Coordinator to Director as well as to ensure HR and Administration policies.
•To prepare and issue different reports as per requirements of Directors (Project Transaction Grand Summary,
Transaction Mode Summary, Receivable Summary month-wise, Dues Summary month-wise, Dues Report Detail etc.)
Job Responsibilities as Academic Assistant:
•To assist the Academic Controller.
•To prepare the classes schedules keeping in consideration the various programs offered
•To maintain the examination record, store keeping and invigilation in exams.
•Arrangements of guest speaker sessions and seminars etc.
•To conduct & compile performance evaluation of faculty members.
•Academic and Administrative coordination and compilation of results.
•Orientation of newly appointed faculty members with SZABIST Academic, Administrative, Information Technology Systems. (ZABDESK), (DAR).
•To handle students & faculty with their projects and any difficulties that they might come across while their academic activities at Institute.
•To process student application and provide support for various ongoing activities of by institute, as and when required
•To update the notice boards.
Job Responsibilities as Admin/ HR Assistant:
•Maintaining records of all the Seamen Service Book & Passports.
•Coordination with seamen and arranging their interviews.
•All correspondence related to the recruitment process of seamen.
•Other duties as assigned by the management.
