My Work Responsibilities Includes
• Responsible for Initial Tuning of LTE-TDD and LTE-FDD Sites in NSN-STC Project of 4G1 and 4G3 in South Region.
• Team Leader for Pre-Launch 2G, 3G and 4G Drive Test Teams in South Region for NSN-STC Project.
• Analyzing and KPIs Monitoring for LTE Modernization and LTE New Sites for 4G1 and 4G3 ES* Sites.
• Submitting Initial Tuning Reports for LTE-FDD and LTE-TDD Sites to Optimization for Acceptance and respond accroding to given feedback.
• Arrange Joint Visits with NI for LTE Sites to resolve the running issues on Sites and improve the KPIs further working to bring them upto the acceptance criteria.
• Provide Support for Planning Antenna Azimuth, Tilts (Electrical, Mechanical) and PCIs, resolving the issues for Sites BH, Transmission Interface, Link upgrades etc.
• Project Co-ordinator and Team Leader for STC-NSN LTE Project for South Region.
• Working as a RF Engineer and providing technical support to NI, OPT and DT Teams for LTE-TDD and LTE-FDD Sites in South Region on STC-NSN Project.
• Post Processor/Anayzer for DT Teams in South Region for STC-NSN LTE Project.
• Submitting LTE Project Initial Tuning Report for Sites to STC Optimization.
• Excellent command on Assistant GENEX Probe, MapInfo, ACTIX Analyzer.
• Worked on Mobily Ericsson 3G Project for Western Region on a Newly Launched U900 Carrier.
• Initial Tuning Optimization Engineer for Mobily 4G Project to Samsung for Central Region.
• Worked as a Post Processor and Team Leader on Samsung-Mobily 4G Project for Central Region.
• Worked as a Project Co-ordinator on Mobily Ericsson Hajj Project in Jeddah.
• Reporting on USF 7 and USF 8 Projects of ZTE and Huawei for 2G, 3G Survey Projects in Taif, Qaseem and Makkah Region.
I worked in drive testing ( DT ) focusing on the improvement of system efficiency.
