Responsible for negotiating hardware and software contracts for Bank's data centre.
Accountable for Strategic Sourcing within Data Centre Technology Environment, such as End-user computing, storage device management and cloud.
I advised the clients through all phases of the procurement cycle which entails determining the clients’ needs, creating the procurement documents, coordinating questions/answers from prospective vendors, assisting in debriefs and preparing agreements at the end of the procurement. I manage issues arise at any stage of the procurement, and ensure that the procurement process adheres to Ministry procurement directives, policies and trade agreements that govern public procurement. I manage lunch and learn sessions for staff to give them knowledge about procurement methods and cost saving initiatives.
This include leadership on competitive bidding process through outlining the specific evaluation criteria, requirement analysis and procurement method selection fro start to finish.
