Overseeing multiple IT projects including software development, IT
support & infrastructure. Gathering business requirements,
documenting functional specification, drawing “As is”, “To be”
process diagrams. Conducting SME’s interviews, arranging focused
group meetings. Facilitating project stakeholders in requirements
gathering. Preparing use cases and conducting UAT, arranging end
user training. Performing root cause analysis, implementing LEAN
methodologies for process improvement. Preparing database design
and entity relation diagrams, drawing wireframing and mockup
interfaces. Executing projects with various delivery approached
including, adaptive, predictive, incremental, iterative. Perform scrum
master role defining user stories, keeping product backlogs and
milestones progress, conducting daily scrums, perform planning poker, arranging project review meetings with stakeholders. Logging

* Quick view (Dynamic Reporting Utility)
o Tool Used: .Net 2013 SQL Server 2008 R2
o Utility was designed to produce dynamic reporting from different data sources
like SQL server, excel and access and could be enhanced to connect with oracle
database. Utility provide the facility to create reuse able templates with up to 10
different aggregates including filter criteria to generate statistics or production
progress report.
* Project Material Cost Control system
o Tool Used: .Net 2010 SQL Server 2005 And Crystal Reports 10
o This system taking care of cost per project in NPCC and It helps to keep
tracking of cost per project from Purchase request to PO up to PO delivery
system allows to view the cost up to each material used in a project and
provide complete view of project costing.
* MATCAT (Material Catalogue System)
o Tool Used: .Net 2006, SQL Server 2005 And Crystal Reports 10
o It’s a material catalogue stock management system and takes care for
material description along with appropriate manufacturer reference company
specifications, possible substitutions/equivalence and/or application
information which is part of the material catalogue database will allow the
purchase and utilization of most of the items.
* NEIL (NPCC Expediting Inspection & Traffic)
o Tool Used: .Net 2003 SQL Server 2005 And Crystal Reports 8.5
o System was designed to maintain expediting of material purchase, material
inspection and delivery of material. In NEIL management can keep tracking of
material purchase on each stage like from purchase request to PO raised by
manufacturer, quality inspection and finally delivery of material to company.
o Tool Used: Visual basic 6 SQL Server 2000/MS Access And Active Reports
