(updating fixed asset register, scrapping, disposal and depreciation processing ) • Petty Cash Vouchers processing and monitoring approval authentications. • Raw Materials, Work in progress and Finished goods stores. • Collect production data, maintenance and inventory control data. • Review and monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment scheduling. • Manage and co-ordinate annual physical counts and cycle counts. • Arrange for the audit of the company’s accounts and provide the required reports and information to the auditors. • Study, review and reconcile variances in reports and data. • Collect and analyze past years data to forecast budget for the ensuing year. • Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies. • Update standard costs in the bill of materials.
