Role:
Shouldering the responsibility of managing:
o Head Office NCB Bank organization in Jeddah,
o LAN/WAN network infrastructure & coordinating support with users of Jeddah head office, desktops/laptops, network printers, software/hardware upgrades & network issues
Supervising configuration, troubleshooting & managing Windows Server 2008 & 2012 R2 servers for Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server (Share Folders).
Identifying & resolving hardware, software & end-user problems on Windows 7 & Windows 8.1
Overseeing smooth IT service desk operations for facilitating the delivery of client face to face/call/remote support to users & ensuring latest fix, updates and patches installation in all systems including virus protection
Monitoring Domain Users and Microsoft Outlook configurations and troubleshooting e-mail issues
Managing configuration of share level permissions and Microsoft exchange online e-mail administration
Performing regular system back-up and restoration
Conducting research and suggesting purchase of hardware / software and deployment
Liaising with suppliers & vendors and planning best solution for the organization

Successfully migrated Google apps e-mail system to Microsoft Exchange Online (Office 365) and set-up Microsoft Outlook in all computers & trained all users to Microsoft Outlook
