• Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
• Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, scheduling upgrades
and collaborating with management on network optimization
• Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
• Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
• Configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
• Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users during installation
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization and its remote locations.
• Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
• Assist ERP systems users with data conversion.
• Thoroughly understand ERP database schema.
• Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
• Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
• Responsible to implementation of new projects.
• Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization and its remote locations.
• Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop, customization and maintain automated workflow processes.
• Work as a Systems Analyst with Experienced IT team and ERP implementations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
• Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users. (This requires thorough understanding of the built-in report design utility).
• Arrange staff ERP training on weekly basis.
• Other projects as assigned by the management.
• Investigating and diagnosing network problems.
• Collection of IT usage statistics.
• Providing recommendations when it comes to improving the organization’s IT systems.
• In-house configuration and installation of IT solutions.
• Maintain Database Server to smooth business process.
• Monitoring of the Internet and email usage of company employees.
