Responsible for more than Rs700million of inventory and availability of all the required raw and finished goods materials to deliver more than Rs260million of sales on monthly basis in which close integration with Supplier, QA, Production, Finance, Marketing and Distributors are the basis of my challenging job. Have successfully worked in all major portions of Supply Chain Management.

• Responsible for Item Master Data of company and maintaining the SOPs related to this process.
• Developing yearly purchasing & inventory business plan with the expected sales forecast. Effectively practicing the marketing forecasting techniques with analyzing the latest impacts of sales trend, marketing intelligence, actual sales forecast, and seasonal, national and international issues.
• Member of J&J warehouse audit team. Performed several internal audits.
• Leading the change Logo project and color transition in all products of Janssen Pharma SKUs. Assisting, purchase manager in different additional task.
• Working on additional project of Capacity Planning of Production & Warehousing & Lean manufacturing to lead the production in near future with JIT (Just In Time).
• Have arranged several effective team building, collaborative, recreational events, improved different processes efficiently in J&J Pakistan
