• Led 22+ structured RCA investigations at Jio-BP retail outlets to identify and resolve product losses, process inefficiencies, and control gaps, and
implemented CAPA actions to strengthen cost governance and operational compliance.
• Delivered ~90% reduction in fuel reconciliation variance by coordinating deployment, calibration, and validation of IoT-based fuel level sensing
systems with instrumentation and supplier teams.
• Achieved ₹50-70 Lakhs estimated cost avoidance by auditing PF joining date discrepancies for 2, 100+ employees, preventing payroll leakages and
strengthening compliance controls.
• Drove Value Engineering and process simplification by converting a 32-page SOP into a 2-page flow-based control document, improving on-ground R-Sammaan Award

• Supported fabrication and inspection of structural steel assemblies and reviewing engineering drawings.
