•Managing cash transactions of the company and responsible for preparation of reports required by the management.
•Responsible for preparation of Cheque and other documents for all kind of Bank payments.
•Responsible for distributing and collecting labor pay card from the sites and preparation of labor and staff salary.
•Responsible for preparation of financial documents for Leave and Cancellation.
•Responsible for receiving of invoices from suppliers and completion of all documents related to the invoices before approval of concern authorities.
•Support month-end and year-end close process.
•Process paperwork pertaining to employee health benefits, such as health insurance, Leave benefits and indemnity.
•Compile and update employee records. (hard and soft copies)
•Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
•Communicate with public services when necessary.
•Properly handle complaints and grievance proedures.
•Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
•Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees.
