Maintenance Activities for rotating equipments:

 Installation, commissioning, major overhauling, preventive, predictive, break down and shutdown maintenances and trouble shooting of all types of rotating equipments (Pumps, compressors, Gear boxes, Blowers & Fans, Centrifuges).
 Reading & Understanding of all P&ID, Technical Drawings & Vibration Data Collection Analysis.
 Implementation and data collection of Reliable Centered Maintenance (RCM).
 Hands on experience on Bucket elevator, Conveyors.
 Worked about pump performance test calculation curve match with industrial curve.
 Experienced in installation and servicing of liquid film seal and Dry gas seal
 Hand experience in Overhauling of rotary valves and motorized valves.
 Pump compressor and Turbine Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance Experience.

Maintenance Activities for static equipments:

 General maintenance of Static equipments (Shell & Tube heat exchangers, Fin Fan coolers, Valves, Columns, vessels, Tanks and pipe lines).
 Hydraulic/Pneumatic Testing of valves, PSV, Vessels, Exchangers and Pipe.
 Maintenance and servicing of all types of Valves, Steam traps and valve actuators and Calibrated as per Manufacture Requirements.
 Maintenance and servicing of Boilers, Heat exchangers, Vessels, columns internals, Cooling Towers, Fin-Fan Coolers, Filters and Storage tanks
