Engineering Projects
Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Participate in the setting up, implementation and development of project procedures, policies, specifications, etc. in the areas of Planning, Cost Control and Document Control.
Monitoring of budget schedule & Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports.
Preparing of project schedule, work breakdown structure (WBS) and critical path analysis (CPA).

Plan and direct the installation, testing operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
Responsible to implement the different engineering projects and plant layouts compatible for the new purposed product at manufacturing facility.
Installation of LPG storage tanks, P&ID and designing of gas supply pipe line inside the plant facility as a trainee engineer.
An integral role in design, fabrication and installation of Heat Exchanger.
Research & Development
Research & development of new refrigerator models and purposing engineering solutions to upgrade the product performance.
Analysis of thermal loads imposed on the refrigerator from both internal and external heat sources.
Research efforts on gasket design in order to reduce the energy losses in gasket region.
Research on improved heat transfer by using different method from capillary tube to direct cool refrigerator cabinet.
Product performance testing of refrigerators in extreme real time environment.
Recommending the appropriate ways to reduce the product cost.
Review of product drawings of refrigerators & water dispenser.
Development and fabrication of jigs & fixtures for the new product.
Development of BOM for each product and carefully reviewing and to keep up to date.
Quality Assurance
Played a role in implementation of quality management system and the standard work instructions.
Responsible to ensure and monitor the key quality standards are being followed up by quality control (QC) department properly.
Technical employee training programs to produce skilled manpower and to reduce the product imperfections.
Preparing of presentations on product defects and analysis of deficiencies pointed out by QA as well as sales & customer care center representatives along with plan to improve the product imperfections.
